Obtain a free Twitter account here. If you do not
wish to interact with other Twitter users, just set your account to private. Then select which city or state you
wish to receive weather alerts for, simply visit our main site,
click on the Twitter menu button, and follow the simple steps to select your location.
Once you are viewing the correct city or state profile on Twitter, just click on the
follow button at the top of the page. You are now finished with the Twitter side of setup.
Next, go into your Life Stream settings on
your AIM ® phone app or on the web and you will see “services recommended
for you”. Click on “add Twitter” and follow the prompts. Once completed,
you can check your weather alerts anytime you want by opening either your mobile or web
AIM ® app and simply click on “Lifestream” to view your weather
alerts on your cell phone or computer. We do strongly
advise using Twitter's full SMS capability in addition to using client apps or browsers. |
